Women's sound weaving

In these Women's workshops we explore the magic of our own voices and learn to use them as tools of freedom expression. With my guidance, together in circle we chant and sound freely and explore what our bodies wish to express. From tribal sounds, to angelic harmonies to rhythm and beats; I share warm-ups and ice-breaker exercises to connect us to our bodies, breath and voice so we can let the group flow guide us and sing together the sounds of the earth.

These sessions include a mix of heart sharing through words and sound, and you will learn how to propel your intentions using your own voice and how to release stuck energy or emotions using sound. Each session is unique, sometimes completely improvised, sometimes weaving in medicine music and sacred songs, but most importantly we will learn to follow the natural sound, where we let go of the expectations of 'music' and drop into the voice of the earth. Let us be Wild Again! 

This way of sounding can create deep healing journeys together as sharing our unique medicines within a beautiful group of sisters - this is how music originally was. When women come together in sound and intention a real magic begins which I cannot even express in words, and this safe and nurturing space really welcomes flowers to bloom!

Singing in front of others may seem daunting, but once we surrender, we realise; We have nothing to fear - ALL IS WELCOME 

As part of the workshop I will be sharing tools and guidance on how to open our Heart spaces and listen into what calls us, whilst listening to others, and connecting with our Throat Chakra to open our voice. This practise of sound expression has become my mediation. It has and is currently changing my life and I look forward to sharing this with you!
