The intention of this retreat is to offer you the space to fully embrace your unique, individual Voice in all its potential. I will be guiding you through various intuitive and structured voice practises, so that you can experience how you can transform and navigate your inner space through sound.

This will be a whole day of celebrating your own authentic Voice. Together with your community, you will be reclaiming your birthright to fully express your True Being.

*- Morning arrival and landing
*- Opening circle and meditation
*- Sound of Joy Activation Workshop (Connect to your intuitive heart song, through movement, breath and play)
*- Voice Healing Ceremony (Bring your intentions for healing, letting go and transformation)
*- Shared Lunch: Freshly prepared vegan meal included
*- Nature walk and integration time (outing weather permitting)
*- Voice Yoga Workshop (Chanting and Toning to relax the body and tune in)
*- Mantra and Medicine singing (To share our prayers through sound)
*- Integrative Shamanic Sound Bath
*- Closing meditation and sharing circle

The day will be full of new and beautiful tips and tools all designed for your own personal voice empowerment. There will also be space for alone time and integration, and we will be sharing a beautiful meal together to keep us connected and grounded.
